I've been here for 3 years .The Company i work provides my stay. The staff here at the Romulus Michigan Exstended Stay America has some of the nicest,friendly, and helpful staff . They are always courteous . I recommend staying here !
Everyone is awesome and omnipotent. I am here for work this is extended stay Romulus, extended stay stay awhile. I have never in my life of 42 years come to a place that is so welcoming and home like. Anyone that takes pleasure in being appreciated on a timely and daily basis make this your destination of peace. I am not related to anyone that works here I am a customer with a happy experience.
The Staff is excellent and I have not had anything bad to say very helpful. The staff works very hard to keep this building running.
Fred and Fadi were amazing my entire week stay at this hotel. Anything I needed they were prompt and urgent to assist. I was visiting family nearby and this location was perfect for my family.
Nice place, just a few things, keeping you from a 10. House keeping didn't put a blanket on my bed. Bedding should match the season. Cold outside, warm covers on the bed. The rooms are none smoking but i smell the smoking coming through my bathroom vent. A bigger sign, offering additional commendations. I noticed the sign, after I bought the same items, you were offering, because they had to be requested.
The staff is absolutely amazing. Some cosmetic issues with the room and someone was cooking some string smelling food, but all in all, it was a good stay.
